Anne Brewer started Simply Gardens in September of 2008. A graduate of the University of the South with a degree in English, Anne combines her love for landscaping and gardening with her writing interests. She is a master gardener, a certified horticultural professional in the state of Florida, and has completed programs in landscape design.

Not exactly born with a trowel in her hand, Anne’s passion for gardening stems from early childhood when she would stroll through her grandmothers’ flower gardens and landscaped yards. Her love for creating beauty with flowers and design has grown into a business that supplies both homes and businesses with the best in landscape/garden plans.

As a freelance writer, Anne specializes in garden writing. In her articles, she shares her love for all things green, her knowledge of garden features, and her innovative design sensibilites. Her goals are to instill in people everywhere a love for natural beauty and to assist them in realizing their landscape dreams.
